I’m Hari Sreedharan, the proud owner of Centum Future Mortgage Group Inc.

I look forward to sharing my story. I hope that you will enjoy getting to know me better.

After securing a degree in finance and pursuing a career in money management and financial planning, I decided to take up a job as a mortgage broker. The role seemed like the perfect fit as I already understood different financial aspects and was quickly picking up on the mortgage framework and regulations.

Soon enough, I established my brokerage in 2004 and had begun helping several clients sort out their finances and successfully apply for a mortgage. With my knowledge of the money markets, I was even able to help clients stuck with tremendous debt, low incomes, and poor credit.

As I have been in this industry for over a decade, I have witnessed many changes introduced to mortgage procedures, their rules, and lender services. In my opinion, the mortgage market has begun to slow down compared to the last few years due to tighter regulations and requirements like the stress test.

Fortunately, with my financial talent and expertise, I can quickly help my clients measure up to the different mortgage requirements and also find better alternatives to ensure they can bid on the house of their dreams immediately.

Every time I help a client obtain a mortgage, their joy and excitement is a testament to my service quality. Making clients happy is an important part of being a mortgage broker as their mortgage journey is long term, and their satisfaction in the form of referrals helps my business thrive.

Moreover, seeing a mortgage close in time for the client to place a bid on a property is very exciting. The thrill of closing deals successfully and helping clients achieve their dreams encourages us to keep doing what we do best with full focus on our client’s needs.

When I am not at work, I love to watch a good TV show to relax my mind, or I read to improve my thinking.

I have enjoyed sharing my story about the things which matter to me and how they influence the way I do business.
